The National Retrofit Hub (the Hub) is a nonprofit collaborative organisation working with the industry to enable the delivery of housing retrofit across the UK.
The Hub was established as the start of 2023 and officially launched on 1st March 2023 at the Building Centre in London. The establishment phase (two years) was funded by sponsorship from Innovate UK, the UK’s national innovation agency, together with contributions from many organisations across the sector. The National Retrofit Hub was hosted by the Sustainable Development Foundation until December 2025, and became registered as an indepedent CIC in January 2026.
